This is a fast computer out of the box. I do not see any issues with heat because the case is very open. It Plays all of my games on the highest settings and does not slow at all. I am glad that I bought this computer

The ethernet port did not work. I spent 3 hours with tech support from my internet provider. I then got on line with Cyberpower (watch what time you call them they do not have a 24 hour helpdesk), but they helped me out and sent me a new ethernet card
