Tech support isn't as bad as I've seen the people make it out to be, they were friendly and supportive, even though in my case it was a simple power cord replacement that did the trick, worth a shot if your willing to upgrade / work with it.

It really is a fast computer for the price ran all games well, kept up pace with the newer game such as bioshock infinite and my favorite... Dota 2

I did have to replace the power cable which seemed to be the only problem I had with it, because it was randomly restarting or shutting down on its own

Overall this computer has been a good purchase, runs very well as a gaming system

The front fan went out a few months after purchase and now the cpu fan is going bad less than a year after purchase

Hardrive failed in 4 months

 

Not worth the risk. Do not buy!

It was fast when it worked

It ran fine for 2 months then got "glitchy," restarting at random. Then we started having video issues, black screen, and within 4 months the hard drive failed. All we did was take it out of the box and set it up, never even opened the case

Rewriting this review because of recent problems I am having with the video card drivers.

Great system for the price. Works out of the box just plug and play. Haven't noticed the PSU problems everyone else seems to be having

Fairly fast system, ready to use out of the box for a decent price. Runs all my games (Allods, wow, SC 2) on ultra settings at 50+ fps

Horribly Disappointed

 

This system has the potential to be a great system but it has NEVER lived up to its stated capability and has caused us months of work to find a way to get it to play Total War Shogun II...it still cannot

Months of work by many computer experts, every suggested option by all component customer service contacts, every possible software and component update, and we cannot get the machine to execute even a basic game
