As the temperature rises, so do the problems.

I was nervous jumping into windows 8 that i wouldn't like it, but because of how i had windows 7 set up, I really don't mind windows 8. Since this is a desktop, the interface for windows 8 is far from necessary I'll give that to the anti-windows 8...

Fast 8-core processor sort of future-proofs the machine so you can expand the other parts without ditching your motherboard at least for a few years hopefully ; Good, clean sound on a flat EQ ; Windows 8 (used to be a con, but see "other thoughts") ;...

First and foremost, the CPU and side fans are, to put it lightly, pieces of junk. I'm writing this review specifically for this reason as i have reviewed this product in the past without mentioning this, since back then (in winter) this wasn't really a...

Follow-up Review

My previous review I had a motherboard failure that was handled, albeit slowly. Upon receiving the repaired or refurbished PC the hard drive failed two days being back in my care. I have tried repeatedly to contact Cyberpower by phone and email, but...

Good case, good wire management

Above average operating noise for a gaming rig, but at the price level its acceptable. Suspect PSU that may damage components and in my case it was the motherboard

CyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra 2138

Spending another 20 $ to replace the heatsink because of the fan...i really want to get a better one but am not sure about what is compatable...over all pretty disapointing purchase

Good price so I was NOT expecting highest quality

Had it for 6 months when the computer just started shuting down....I assumed it was overheating....then last week the heatsink and fan completley fell off the processer and the fan broke a blade on my video card

Good looking most the time works perfect

It broke after only 6 months, makes huge noises since the first day, and give me huge lags when i play league of legend

Great start to a great PC

Definitely a great buy! It's a great way to get started and into PC gaming. The only upgrades in the foreseeable future would be a new GPU, I just ordered a 7870 to replace mine, and perhaps a new mobo even further down the road if you haven't killed...

Nearly everything ; The GPU, the FX-8 8150, while each processor is only 3.1 stock, I've managed to safely overclock each to 3.7. 8 cores at 3.7 is fantastic but still more than ever needed ; 1 TB of hard drive space? Not much more is really needed. I...

The motherboard only supports 2 slots for RAM, but it ships with 8 GB at least. It only supports up to 16 GB of RAM so 2 8 GB sticks are needed to support that ; The GPU, the Radeon 6670 can be lackluster at multi tasking graphically intensive...

Good PC - Horrible Support

Seems to be a good PC, if you don't need support

The absolute WORST support. After 1 month the CPU Fan mount BROKE and the coller fell off. The PC over temp'd and shutdown. Three weeks later I'm still waiting on an RMA part which they tell me is in stock. Every time I call, someone swears it will...

Perfectly fine.

I see all the hoopla about the PSU dying, the CPU fan which I agree to an extent.. but other than that, I don't have any issues at all with this PC. As is, I play WoW on Ultra and 8x multisampling at roughly 30fps, of course I replaced the GPU with a...

Good amount of RAM ; Very decent video card ; Decent PSU ; CPU - Incredible

the, case door doesn't open like it shows in the picture - like a normal hinge door ; To be honest, I haven't found any, yet

LOUD

Over all I enjoy this machine, you can clearly see where they cut corners. Luckily so far it seems the corners are cut in places that do not effect performance of the machine.

Very good price on this unit ; Case has a good look to it

Fans are horribly loud. I usually don't mind, but these fans ( three in all) seem to be from jet engines for some reason. One is squealing really loud on boot up, after I slap the case it stops squealing. Have to replace them ; Key board and mouse are...

CyberPowerPC sucks.

Had a slight problem right out of box (wasn't recognizing hard drive), posted on CyberPowerPC technical support forum, no response, called and left a inquiry, no reponse, emailed them 5 TIMES over a period of a week.. This was all 2 months ago, still...

High end components (excluding graphics card) ; Lots of room to add additional components ; The cheap CyberPowerPC decal came off the case with no residue left behind, that way you don't have to deal with the ugly "CyberPowerPC" logo on the front of...

Terrible customer service ; Terrible customer service ; TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ; 50 graphics card (Easily upgradable though)
