Support lacking

 

When tech support starts suggesting changing cables and changing ports it just seems like a wish list that either the hard drive is bad, or the motherboard isn't bad.

So when the machine recognizes the hard drive the unit works great. Fast. I use primarily for editing photographs and the computer chews through graphic files and changes quickly. MS Office 2010 runs quickly on the unit as well

Most of the time the PC does not recognize it has a hard drive. I talked to tech support and they had me replace the SATA cable, then had me move the SATA cable to another port. When it does boot up, it boots up quickly but most the time is searching...

After all is said and done, would I have bought this computer knowing everything. YES, it's a nice puter and fast!!!!

Still a great computer. If I bought the pieces and put it together myself, the cost would have been $1159 + shipping. So for $40 more you get it put together
