Update to my review/warning below. After reading CraigH's review I called Dell back and talked with the same rep I did the first time through. This time things went much better! I was on and off the phone in about five minutes. Disks are in the mail

Still a good machine but still no Windows 7. Why not remove the downgrade option and that would resolve the issue
