purchased this for my parents it is a little noisy for such a small computer, not sure who refurbished it but if they would have turned it on after they were done they would have know this, or maybe that is just the way this computer sounds.

A great buy if you're still running Win XP. The PC works perfectly and will fit in nicely in our office network. Very Satisfied!
