Dell Optiplex GX620 MT

Dell's Optiplex PCs are a common sight on the desks of corporate users across the country and around the world. I recently looked at the Dell Optiplex GX620 ($1,535 direct, $1,247 without monitor), evaluating it from the perspective of the...

Quiet. Available in different form factors. Dual-core processor. Dual monitor support. Support for growing businesses

Dongle required for monitor connectivity (even single monitor). Choices (form factors, processors, and the like) can be daunting to the home office user

Spanning a wide range of processors, cases, and service options, Dell's Optiplex GX620 provides plenty of flexibility—and speed—for small-business owners.

HardwareCentral - Dell OptiPlex GX620 Review.

With the screen and system hugging either side of the stand, connecting the necessary power and video cables is a minor challenge. When we first switched on the PC, after plugging the display's preinstalled analog cable into the VGA port on the back of...

Dell brand

Since day one, I have had nothing but trouble with this pc. This component showed it viruses on it, even before I plugged it onto the internet; I had to put both an antivirus anda malware software onto a thumb drive from my other pc in order to delete...

Perfect simple little computer

Bought this on sale as a basic home computer for my parents who mostly just surf the web and watch youtube videos. Came with everything needed to satisfy simple needs.

Great price ; Perfect processor speed for use ; Simple and easy to set up ; Nice size hard drive ; comes with working version of windows 7 Home

minor issue activating windows, but was quickly resolved

Good PC, bad accessories and OS

Not a problem for me that the OS was bad since I planned to reinstall a different version anyway. Similarly, I already had several spare keyboards and mice. But a different customer might see things differently!

The PC itself was in good shape - clean and well packed and as described

The preinstalled version of Windows showed a "not genuine" warning. The included keyboard had a crack in the plastic although it worked. Both the keyboard and mouse although new, are no-name, not-so-great quality (for instance, there are no non-slip...

Dell OptiPlex GX620 Mini-Tower - 750GB HDD, 2GB RAM, Windows 7 Home Premium

Bought 2 of these to get by until I can build a good computer. One worked (has weird sounding hard drive) and the other would not load windows properly, customer support took 3 weeks to get me another hard drive here. I just installed hard drive and it...

Wouldn't load windows properly

Packed damaged

Unit arrived packaged well in bubble wrap. But upon inspection, a bay had been removed from the back leaving a gap for dust to enter case. Worse there is a bay in the front that is totally bashed in. It's under the CD burner. There is no way this could...

low cost, nice size hard drive for extra computer, processor good

packaged damaged, small memory installed

Good Value

There are no PS2 connections on this PC for a keyboard or mouse. So, the included mouse and keyboard both use USB connections. But they are very basic and extremely cheap. That said, they work just fine.

For a refurbished PC it was in really good shape. Forced to upgrade from XP, I opted to go with this box because once you subtract the price of Windows 7 the cost of the PC is darn reasonable. (I got mine on sale.) Plus a one year parts and labor...

There are many other PCs that have faster processors and better graphics than this one. If you're looking for a gaming PC then save up and buy something faster. If you need a basic box for home office and internet I'm hard pressed to see where you can...
