purchased this for my parents it is a little noisy for such a small computer, not sure who refurbished it but if they would have turned it on after they were done they would have know this, or maybe that is just the way this computer sounds.

This is a bad product, I got two of this type of machines. The first one is very noisy when in sleeping, then I asked for a replacement, the second one is worse, I only used it for two days before it died.

The shipment was fast. The product good and fast just as advertised. I like the slim design, very portable and quiet.
