DOA

I don't mind ordering refurbished computers for small business, and sometimes you get a bad apple. I'm sure the majority are just fine.

Pricepoint is good for the features.

Computer works fine, showed up with dead battery

It's what I wanted and is as advertised. Works great for watching TV, which is all I use it for. Price seemed reasonable for what you get.

The motherboard battery was dead, which means you have to push F1 every boot. It's really annoying. You guys couldn't toss a new battery in there? Lazy. I'm glad I had a spare laying around.

the box arrived as scheduled but the shipping label was pasted OVER the data on the box that is used to receive the rebate. It sure looks like a scam but I will follow up with New Egg and Joy Systems to see what can be done
