Shipping took much longer than expected. Not overly impressed with this product but it performs as advertised.

Slow shipping

Right now I have no pros except the person I spoke to on the phone was nice

Great product

Great deal. Smaller hard disk than announced (160 GB vs 500 GB). Perfect additions as Win 7 Pro & Office 2010. Expedited shipment took longer than expected. Highly recommended. DVI video output was a surprise but easily solved.
