Dell OptiPlex 760 small form factor PC

This Dell desktop PC has plenty of power but a poorly organised chassis

eSATA, DisplayPort, quad-core CPU options

Tricky to replace some components

Dell's OptiPlex 760 desktop PC provides plenty of power but lacks the ease of maintenance that other small form factor PCs offer. Better graphics options would improve its performance.

Great computer

I put a $70 video card and I can even play games at a good frame rate

Looks like new inside and out. Someone cleaned all the dust out of the inside really well. Processor was a better unit than advertised.

Only thing would be nice to have a card reader.

Took the cover off & it looked like it had never been used!

The picture shows SD card slots, but none on my unit. Which was the main reason for purchase,

Do not buy refurbished computers from newegg

Just avoid refurbished computers from newegg. Fortunately this wasn't a very costly mistake and will be avoided in the future by not shopping refurbs at newegg. Such a shame.

none

This computer arrived dead on arrival. The company that does the refurb Plan IT ROI is a joke. No customer service. And they prefer you leave a message so that they won't call you back.

The win Vista key is still on the machine. The license of win 7 is a referee license and not a full home license for some reason. Not sure if this is common or not so it isn't a con. This and I do not know if there is any type of limitation of feature...

Inside the case is very clean.

Dust was apparent on the front of the machine along with many scuff marks on the sides. Something that could have easily been taken care of before getting to me. Windows is not fully installed. I have to enter in the product key and do the first time...

DELL Desktop Computer OptiPlex 760 Core 2 Duo 3.0 GHz 4 GB 320 GB HDD

It is not a gaming computer, but word processing, scanning, and even spreadsheets, work wonderfully. Great for everyday usage, and I have all ready recommended it to more than a few friends. Can not beat what you are getting for the price.

This is exactly what I needed. Could not beat this deal.

There are none, Two thumbs up on this one
