The computer arrived with no connections for keyboard and mouse, and I cannot get a response from the seller. I feel as though I have been burned. It was certainly not what I thought I was buying!

I did not know what to expect when I purchased the unit. It was a refurbished item, and one never knows what to expect. However I am pleased with the product. The case was in very good shape for a product that was used. I have no complaints.

I bought this item as a gift for my son-in-law. He is very pleased with it as it serves all his needs. The seller was quick to send it and I recieved it several days earlier than expected.

The tower does not have a s video or anything of that sort. It has hook ups for game mouse and joy stick, Is that not false advertisement?

Contrary to the sales ad, there was no OS installed nor on DVD. Henceforth, we could not use the computer and had to give it away.
