Great value for the price

It's too bad that Newegg does not offer an option to customized this computer such as the SSD drive and added memory. It would save me the hassle of having our tech person order and install them

QC Issue

I hope it doesn't take a long time to get this rectified, but that remains to be seen. It is a refurb, so this is to occasionally be expected, I suppose. . .

I've bought 8 of the desktop refurbished versions of the 960 and they have been flawless. This SFF was anything but. These have been refurbed by AST . . a 'Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher'. I guess one slips through the cracks once in awhile. Unit...

Optiplex 960 tower flawless choice!

Tower case has plenty of expansion room for u[dates

Tower came installed with the next faster processor E8500 @3.16 GHtz, a nice bonus Cosmetic condition excellent, everything works well...needed many Windows updates, as expected

My thoughts are not all computer related, so this will be ver short.

The only problems experienced have been my own, it is performing admirably and LOVE the Win7 Pro version in 64bit. My knowledge and abilities have all been taught to me by me, take action and do something and if it is an error, learn not to do that...
