Shipped fast, arrived in great shape. Good value. My mistake in that the power supply only 235W and my need to support a add-on graphics card for a dual monitor configuration.

When I first turned the computer on the mouse pad didn't respond. But after a fresh start, the dell has been as good as gold. My son is thrilled with it.

one problem is the battery only last for about 45 mins. rather disappointed in that part.

Over 2 hours on hold. No answer.Will be calling credit card company to dispute transaction.Not a good company to deal with.Never again.

this computer is unexpected. nice to have one for my school.
