Dell XPS One Review: form over function

Large, attractive quad HD screen

Stand is difficult to position ; Display looks washed out

This gorgeous all-in-one sacrifices usability in favor of aesthetics.

Review: Dell XPS One 2710

If you're looking for an all-in-one Windows PC, especially one that excels as an entertainment hub or can double as a TV, this is a...

Best screen available on an all-in-one Windows PC. Beats Apple’s ,000 27-inch iMac in a specs-for-price battle: here, you get speedier quad-core Ivy Bridge chips, more storage, more RAM, Blu-ray and NVIDIA graphics. Has everything you’d need to turn it...

Cheap, plastic casing pretends to be aluminum. No touch screen for future Windows 8 finger-swiping. Blu-ray disc only comes in the most expensive, ,000 model

Dell's XPS One 2710 rises above the commodity herd

The high resolution, 27-inch Dell XPS One 2710 is faster than the current high-end iMac, and has the same pixel-dense display.

The ; boasts speedy performance and the highest screen resolution among 27-inch Windows all-in-ones.

The overly glossy screen and a limited OSD take away from the display, and the absence of Blu-ray is strange at this price.

The pixel-dense Dell XPS One 2710 is one of the best Windows-based all-in-ones available and, barring a new iMac, an easy high-end recommendation.

Dell XPS One 2710

There are more 27-inch all-in-one desktops these days, but very few are done right. The Dell XPS One 2710 manages to put almost every technology and feature we're looking for in a compact stylish chassis.

Has a 2,560-by-1,440 resolution screen. USB 3.0 ports. HDMI in and out. Nice styling. Fast processor. DX11 graphics. mSATA with Intel SRT. 802.11 a/b/g/n 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi. Internal power supply (No power brick). Nice sound. No confusing USB 2.0...

USB 3.0 ports aren't blue. No touch option. No height adjustment

Dell XPS One 27 Review: The Premium All-in-One

The last time we reviewed an all-in-one from Dell, our impressions were decidedly less than favorable. Dell delivered a polished software experience, but the Inspiron One 2320 we saw had serious issues virtually across the board in terms of both...

Dell XPS One 27 inch with Touch All-in-one (2710) Desktop Review

A few years ago anyone asking Intel where the desktop market was going would likely hear that all in one systems were the way forward. That seemed a reasonable opinion because they offer a number of advantages over traditional tower set-ups. Since then...

Dell XPS One 27 (2710) all-in-one PC review

Dell XPS One 27 review: The XPS One 27 (2710) packs a powerful Intel third generation Core i7 CPU into a 27in form factor

27in, 2560x1440 screen ; 3rd gen Core i7 CPU ; Neat and good looking unit

Reflections from screen can be distracting ; Poor mouse

We don't usually get excited about all-in-one desktop PCs because they're all usually much the same. However, the Dell XPS One 27 has so much going for it, it's hard not to be impressed. From its high resolution, 27in screen, to its 3rd gen Core i7 CPU...

Dell XPS One 2710 review

The Apple iMac has consistently been the most desirable and powerful all-in-one computer for years, but the Dell XPS One 27 could finally be a worthy contender. On Dell's website this is sold as simply the XPS One 27, though the model number is...

It’s got a beautiful screen and powerful hardware, but adding a touchscreen makes it very expensive

Dell XPS 2710

2560x1440 IPS screen ; Six USB 3.0 ports ; Great sound ; Fast hardware ; HDMI in and out

Heavy ; Glossy screen is quite reflective ; You might be tempted to add your own keyboard and mouse ; HDMI in doesn't filter video in any way

This is hands down the best Windows all-in-one we've used. It doesn't bother with the silliness of touch in a desktop, preferring to deliver an excellently executed experience instead. Recommended.

Dell XPS One 27 (2710) all-in-one PC review

The 27in screen has a native resolution of 2560x1440 and it's a stunning display, with plenty of contrast and brightness for photos and movies. The glossy finish can be annoying though, and reflections can take their toll if you place the unit in a...
