Bad Quality

I chose Dell for an office computer for the warranty , now i know how mistaken i was. Stay away from Dell

Great CPU with a fair amount of ram. It is fast when it works

Horrible quality , after a two month it would not start up . Dell service replaced the wrong parts ( a motherboard and a power supply). They needed to replace the video card. Now customer service would not honor warranty because apparently my service...

XPS 8500 Exceeded My Expectations!

I've had my XPS 8500 for a week and so far it has been absolutely amazing. I can literally find no faults with this computer. The startup/shutdown time is ridiculous, it takes like 10 seconds to start up and about 1 second to shut down. I can run all...

Great Machine

I am very happy with the features and quality of the XPS 8500, especially that it was offered with Windows 7 instead of Window 8. The only con I have is that the glossy black plastic front case bezel acts as a real dust magnet which gives it a bad...

Windows 8 or XPS???

I've had my XPS8500 since December and it has been nothing but problematic. I was using an Inspiron with Windows 7 and it was fine, but I need more performance to run Adobe Lightroom and for photography and some video editing programs and the Inspiron...

Top of the line...

I had my quad-core laptop for years, and was ready to switch back to a desktop. One of my friends found this great deal and sent it to me. When I had originally purchased my quad-core laptop, I thought it was the best, but it turned out the processor...

Like this Dell

I really like this computer. It is a little difficult learning the new Windows 8 applications but I am slowly getting it.
