Gateway DX4320-02e

Buying this system at Costco entitles you to an extra year of warranty service, for a total of two years. For members of the warehouse retailer, Costco's Concierge Services provides technical support and offers setup and troubleshooting help. Costco...

Decent performance. Monitor included. Two-year warranty

Integrated graphics. Bloatware

The Gateway DX4320-02e offers quad-core power and a 23-inch monitor for just under $900, but there are better equipped systems out there for the same, and in some cases, less money.

Gateway DX4320-01e

You'll need tools to gain access to the case's interior, where you'll some room for expansion but not a lot. All four memory slots are occupied, as is the lone 16X PCIe slot, but two 1X PCIe slots and one regular PCI slot are vacant. Two the three...

Good performance. Big hard drive. Two-year warranty

So-so graphics performance. Bloatware

Horrible, horrible experience

I purchased this computer in January of 2011 and have had nothing but problems with it. I originally contacted Gateway and they insisted it was not the computer but rather the operating system. So I contacted Windows and after multiple phone calls and...

Horible machine and Customer Service

I bought this computer in April (5 months ago) I use it for my photography biz, so lots of memory is needed while retouching large photos to the tiniest detail. I have plenty of storage type memory left - barely a dent made on the C drive or the...

Beware the Bogus Warranty

Be forewarned that the warranty that comes with Gateway is worthless. They give an 800 number that has no human being at the other end. It is one of those automated voicemail systems with no option to speak to an actual person. When I called, and...

I've had this computer for about 5 months now, and it is still serving me just fine.
