Gateway FX400MC

 

The Gateway FX400MC is a solid digital content-creation system and Media Center, though you can spend less if you're only dabbling in 2D creation (think photos and video).

500GB of drive space. Speedy dual-core processor. Relatively quiet operation. High-powered 3D graphics.
