Good chice for avaery users

After the computer started I was asked to create system recovery disks but the burn process failed. Searched the net and found a patch from Gateway page to fix this Vista64 issue. The recovery DVDs should be included in the box. The users manual...

Customer Service a Joke

The 4 star rating is only because of the customer service - the computer itself is fantastic!

The computer is very fast - speeds along with anything I throw at it

Gateways customer service is a joke. I've been having trouble with the TV tuner drivers, and I've been on the live chat for a total of over 3 hours with no resolution. Very, Very frustrating

Terrible Tech Support

Gateway should provide more detailed setup documentaion .
