Gigabyte BRIX GB-BXBT-2807

Small, silent and toasty

Great build quality ; Fanless design

Single-channel RAM ; No DisplayPort

The closest devices in terms of performance that we’ve seen are the ASRock Beebox (N3150 variant) and the MSI CUBI (N3205U). The Gigabyte GB-BACE-3000 is built to last and runs a little warm to the touch but is really silent thanks to the fanless...

Good for digital signage

I picked up 15 of these to deploy for a digital signage system. Coupled them with 23" monitors with HDMI input, KVR16LS11/4 RAM and a Patriot Torch 60GB SATA 3 SSD, installed Lubuntu 14.X and used Rise Vision to deliver the content to the units. Works...

Compact ; VESA mountable ; HDMI out ; On-board wireless

Picky on RAM, but recommended RAM is readily available

Good HTPC, Great price!

This is a great choice if looking to hook it up to your TV or monitor. The small size and included VESA bracket are a great combo for this(Will need a larger adapter for TV's with larger than 100mm VESA mounts, no problems with a computer monitor)....

Very small size, Very low cost, More than enough power for HTPC use, Easy to set up

None for the price

Love these! Great for purpose built applications!

Workhorse! I use these as little mini DVR's with my Ceton InfiniTV 6 for TV's in various parts of my house and they just work awesome. I'll be buying a couple more for other jobs. FYI - The mini PCI slot does not support mSATA. I tried it

Great Little Box

Pay attention to what memory you put in this box. I didn't chance it and bought a 4GB stick of G.Skill DDR3L memory. Throw in a decent sized SSD and you have one heck of a cheap little Windows PC.

I've always been very critical of Celeron processors, but the Celeron in this little box packs a wallop. I set it up for my in-laws, and it runs great. Surprisingly able to handle some low-range gaming (Minecraft, Burnout: Paradise on low). If I had...

1.35V Memory for 4th Generation Celron

Thoughts on those who've had over heating issues. When I took the base off of the unit, I had a moment where I was unsure which way it had been aligned. I looked at the diagrams included and matched it that way. Should you happen to put the back on...

Well made case and layout. The tolerances are very good and everything has a nice solid feel to it ; You can remove the Wireless/Bluetooth module

Haven't gotten that far, will write a second review in a month or so

Good quality sound but...

This comes with a metal plate that you can screw to the back of a VESA compliant monitor. Then the computer slips onto the plate but can be removed easily. I noticed some minor problems while setting up. 1) The drivers for LAN, audio and wireless must...

Economical, very small, very quiet, draws 8 watts with a 256 GB SSD drive and 8GB of memory. I am deploying it for word processing, web browsing and email and see no problems with that. I also tested to make sure our user with a Stat package would get...

Like a laptop, not very expandable or repairable although memory, disk and Wifi are plugged in to sockets and can be easily replaced. Don't lose any screws - they will be hard to replace
