Fast and ridiculously cheap

Only two USB ports means either using a USB hub (unreliable, especially for USB3) or constantly unplugging devices

Small, and once set up, works fine

USB3 support a nightmare! It simply would not recognize 2 different USB3 memory sticks out of the box - thus I could not install any OS; I had to use a USB2 stick to install the OS - then it was fine. HOWEVER, the drivers (USB3 & LAN/Wireless) that...

Really compact. Easy to add the SSD and extra memory. You will need an external USB CD/DVD drive to install software from and a couple of USB hubs to connect everything with it (it only has 2xUSB ports) but other than that relaly good device

Can't find any at the moment

Great Machine. Plays Every movie i throw at it and will play most classic emulators thanks to the i3 processor ; Best HTPC i have ever bought. I've had atom and AMD fusion but i3 kicks both in the teeth

Fans are noticeable when its getting hot but not enough to distract you from the experience ; Can be a little costly once you've added Ram, MSata and OS

Gigabyte Brix GB-XM12-3227

Nicely made ; Small, runs cool and quiet (occasional faint fan noise under high load) ; Fast, very quick boot ; Hides beautifully behind monitor

Physical build easy but I struggled to get live USB Mint or Ubuntu 12.04 to sit on it: finally Ubuntu 13.10 ran without a hitch ; Bios flashes past super quick on boot ; Only one USB connector

Great little device to run as a HTPC with openelec in a tiny little box

price is a little high considering you could get a decent laptop for the same money
