Does your business need a computer? See how the HP Compaq 8300 expandable business PC rates in our review.

The three-year warranty covers parts and labor. Six expansion slots and six drive bays means your computer can expand and evolve with the needs of your business

The base model comes with only 2GB of memory and the Intel i3-3220 processor only has two cores

The HP Compaq Elite 8300 business computer can be fast and efficient if you upgrade the processor and add memory. Unfortunately, the base model processor doesn't compare to the quad-core processors used by the best business computers. However, the...

Good Product same as advertised.

Definitely recommend this product to any one.

I was hesitant initially to buy this product. But after I start using every thing is good and fast as expected.

Not very happy with this computer

After I got the PC My Streaming OBS Software would not work at all in Windows 7. After I upgraded it was smooth sailing from there until the PC started freezing up repeatedly. Have a call in to NewEgg to see what they do about this issue? Not happy...

Freezes up over & over & over again after only a month & a half,...hope NewEgg backs it !

Bad mistake

I bought this machine thinking I was buying a mini-tower system. Then my next mistake was overlooking that it is not returnable. So now I have about $400 worth of junk. Here are the problems: Upgrade the video card? Maybe -but most high end video cards...

Could be an okay machine if you don't need to install a high end video card.

Small Form Factor = low rated power supply and limited choices for video upgrades

Don't Do it

Okay, so when I received this computer I was really excited. It came with a cheap mouse and keyboard that I was actually happy to have. It was also wrapped in plastic and much cleaner than I thought it would be. I had heard horror stories about...

Affordable i7 with lots of ram and one TB hdd.

Nice home PC replacement at a great price

This replaced an old Athalon X2 HP Pavillion and I am very pleased with its performance. It handles media server work with ease and doesn't bog down when multi-tasking like the old X2 did. I was very pleased with this purchase and would not hesitate to...

Great price, snappy Core i5 quad-core processor, 2 spare RAM slots to upgrade to 16GB, SSD makes Windows 10 boot up quickly, runs Windows 10 with no issues so far, included graphics card is sufficient for 1080p iTunes and YouTube videos

250GB secondary drive is kind of small but a 1TB replacement is pretty inexpensive,

BYOM&K and you'll be good to go.

Very good condition, clean inside and out

The included mice and keyboards are cheap 'refurbisher' branded ones and of the three units I received, there's one mouse and one keyboard that are usable. One mouse dead, one half dead. The keyboard keys are very stiff and sticky. One spacebar needed...
