Update on Post

 

This is an update post to the 2 egg review given earlier. The shipping problem saw no further action, but the company is taking care of the drive issue. I am still puzzled as to why it is not listed as a small form factor computer in the advertisement.

Works well overall

140+ updates. I do not think this is the company's fault. The dvd drive was faulty but the company is replacing it. It would read dvd's but not cd's. They are replacing it with a dvd/rw drive, so the inconvenience comes with a slight upgrade

Better customer support and a willingness to stand behind their product would make this much better. If the company comes through I will adjust my review, but this is where it stands right now.

The machine itself seems to run fine and came in good looking condition. It arrived with a logitech mouse, keyboard, and a power cord

Used as camera server (I spy), has been running 24x7 with no issues.

DDR 3 w/2-open slots, dual core @3.0gz, W7 HP 64, no added garbage software, room for expansion
