had an initial problem that was quickly fixed under the warranty. This laptop works well, meets my needs and was a good value. The brand name of course is solid, as is the structure of the laptop. Glad I bought it.

this is a hot computer compared to my older ones. runs fine. Oddly, the DVD drive was installed upside down as the unit came. It worked fine when i turned it over.No complaint on functionality.

needed it for an aging system in the office and this fit the bill we may add a larger Hard drive but system works great
