HP Omni 200 Quad

If you're interested in speed--and speed alone--the 21.5-inch HP Omni 200 Quad may be the right pick for you in the budget all-in-one PC category. You'll be cruising so quickly in programs and in Windows that you might not even notice the machine's...

Excellent general performance ; Upgradable

Lacks a touchscreen ; Variable speaker quality

HP's latest all-in-one desktop kicks performance into high gear--but where are all the fashionable features?

HP Omni 200-5380qd

Cracking open the tower required a little finesse via a flathead screw driver to leverage and pop out a panel in the back. After that, all the other panels easily slid off. From here you can access the hard drive and RAM slots (all of which are full),...

All-in-one compact form factor. Some 3D gaming prowess. Mouse and keyboard included. Big 1TB hard drive. 1080p HD display. Integrated Wi-Fi. Nice design. Easy to get into

Bloatware. No Blu-ray. Huge power brick. No eSATA or USB 3.0

The HP Omni 200 all-in-one desktop gives users a bit of gaming and all the CPU performance a consumer could want. Though it lacks some newer connectivity options like USB 3.0 or eSATA, it still offers plenty of other features to give it high...

HP Omni 200 Quad

Sometimes it's the quiet, humble-looking ones you need to watch out for. Take the HP Omni 200 Quad, an all-in-one (AIO) PC with an unassuming look. Underneath its ordinary exterior is a surprisingly powerful configuration—particularly for the price.

Excellent application performance ; Fair price ; Some gaming pop ; Glare-free LCD ; Easy access to key components

No Blu-ray in tested configuration, despite 1080p LCD ; So-so audio ; Few ports

A smart design and strong performance make the Omni 200 Quad a strong contender among under-$1,000 all-in-one PCs.

Fast, powerful, big screen

It was easy to set up out of the box. Sound was a little weak, so I connected my current speakers. It recognized my network and I was quickly online. Camera is fine -- Skype works well, without much skipping in the picture. It easily runs multiple...

Easy set-up ; Fast start-up ; Plenty of storage

Could use more USB ports in the back (if you have more than 4 peripherals) ; Did not fully recognize HP All-in-one printer/scanner (will print, but not scan). Had to go online to install additional driver

Great PC for a great price.

Another great HP design. I love these computers for their simplicity. Unless you need a computer for very specific tasks (i.e. home theater), it has everything you need and nothing you don't. This computer looks great wherever you put it, it's not so...

Fast, good looking computer with a nice display and a fair price

Terrible speakers and few connections

Good buy for the money

So far so good... it runs well, is pretty fast, and I am starting to get used to Windows 7... I have a lot to learn about all the features, but it was easy to put together, and I like the all-in-one look (stolen from Mac, of course; my Mac is now...

Molasses in January

I did a lot of reseach for this computer purchase and liked the design of the 200. I had owned a number of Dell computers in the past, but this seemed to be the best next step to take. Oh, I wish I hadn't. While the machine boasts a solid processor and...

WORST SYSTEM EVER

I COMPLETELY agree with another reviewer in that I have never had a less stable machine than my HP puchase. (HP 200-5380 Quad) Nearly daily I too get the "blue screen of death", unprovoked shut downs, or "deep sleeps" that won't reawaken the computer...
