HP Pavilion 23 review: HP Pavilion 23

Hewlett-Packard's Pavilion 23 is one of the first 23-inch all-in-one PCs to hit the sub-$700 mark for its starting price. The core specs aren't that remarkable, and HP again proves stingy with HDMI inputs, but you can chalk all of that up to this PC's...

The HP Pavilion 23 's giant, 23-inch display is uncommon in all-in-one PCs under $700.

The low price means slow performance and few extras. The lack of an HDMI input hurts the most.

HP has made an aggressive move in the budget PC space with this big-screen all-in-one that will serve as an affordable, generally capable home computer.

HP Pavilion 23

It's a big screen with a small price tag and an attractive all-in-one design. There: We've just spilled the whole review in one sentence.

Bright 23-inch screen ; Attractive design ; Low price for a large-screen all-in-one system

No touch screen for Windows 8 ; No media extras such as Blu-ray support or TV tuner ; Cheap keyboard and mouse ; Sluggish performance in benchmark tests

The affordable Pavilion 23 all-in-one offers a big, bright 1080p screen and styling that will complement any family room—as a second computer, mind you. Its AMD "Trinity" processor makes it an underwhelming performer.

Overall, if you are looking for an affordable yet feature-packed All-in-One device, the new HP Pavilion 23-b026in All-in-One Desktop PC is perfect to set your eyes on. Of course, there are certain loopholes attached with the device, but still it...

This HP All-in-One is all that I expected it to be. Nice looking, compact, space saving and good performance with a large sharp display. The AMD A4 processor provides better than expected performance for everyday tasks and the built-in extras will...
