Refurbished is not always bad

Fast machine, no problems with setup, seems fine so far. This is the 3rd refurbished HP I've purchased, and I've never had an issue with them. They seem to take care to get their products setup correctly - even if they have to do it a second time. ...

Not really refurbished

When I got the computer, I checked it out and it was missing 2 Gigs of Ram. Then updates that Vista said were needed, couldn't be installed. The refurbisher, obviously didn't do the work required to fix this computer. When a stick of Ram is missing,...
