Liked the computer, but, one USB port in the back did not work. Had quite a time installing the printer until we found the trouble.

This is a good computer for a student.

The 2 USB 3.0 ports are on front as the specs say however there are 2 in the rear too. The specs are wrong as there are 4 USB 3.0 ports and 4 USB 2.0 ports.

dvd±rw open/close button is poorly designed., dvd±rw:you have to push from the bottom of the, dvd±rw: button or gently push the tray to close it

Awesome Product

Very happy with this purchase. Windows 8 is easy as anything else to learn. If my 10 yr old can handle it so can you. Very quiet machine.

Reliable, Dynamic Performance

i havent had any hardware problems with this computer so far and ive had it for about 9 months.... other than the drive bay door but thats extremely minor

Decent CPU,decent RAM, Large Hardrive, easy to upgrade

not many but the optical drive door has a major design flaw where the door will cover up the eject button every time the drive opens

Very Nice

My last HP lasted 10 years-can only hope for the same-so far this has been extremely fast, very easy to set up but Windows 8 is absolutely horrible-a drastic change from all previous Windows programs but for $399, you cant beat all the options on this...

Great PC

It runs everything we throw at with very fast speeds. Havent had a single issiue so far. Runs all the games we play plus all my graphics and web design programs with ease. (photoshop, dreamweaver, fireworks,) Runs my recording software with ease....

They didnt include a wireless card. I had to wait another few days to get one from newegg. My mistake. I just didnt notice it didnt come with one
