Died after a Year

A fantastic barebones system right out of the box...

I found the speed and upgradability of this system enticing, and it delivered. Plenty of speed, and I'm popping an ATI Radeon 5770 in it with a bigger power supply, so I've essentially built a decent gaming system for around $600. Hard to beat that

None thusfar. I guess uninstalling useless HP software could be considered a con

Great PC

I bought this for my wife who wanted a PC that could handle Photoshop CS5 better then her 3 year old laptop. This computer handles it extremely well. The 6GB RAM and quad core athlon allow her to multi-task, switching between photoshop, the web, and...

Fast, 6GB RAM, 1TB hard drive, very quiet, upgradability

HP Pavilion 6520

A great home machine, worth the money.

I purchased this computer because the retailer offered financing as opposed to purchasing the parts for a simple build, and I am very happy with it. I immediately swapped out the Max Output 250W Power Supply for a "PowerUp G54-8018 LT 400W". I'm not a...

The P6520y

The cons aren't that bad... I managed to fit a fairly large PCU without too many problems, just had to unplug a few things to get it to fit in. other than that, this is a very good PC for the price, the built in display runs many 2007-2009 games at...

Worked VERY well right out of the box ; Sleek look ; great speeds for the price ; very quiet after booting ; has very nice sound quality even on my low quality speakers

not a lot of space to work with as far as modding or installing/replacing anything within the case ; 1 PCIe slot

Good value

I just put in this PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341022 and this video card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150467 and its now a decent gaming rig. I know the PSU is a little overkill, but its...

If you are not a techie, like me, and need an inexpensive upgrade so you can run the latest games, this is a good one. Just throw in a good video card and upgrade the PSU to power it

HP towers are so small. Only one PCIe slot on the motherboard
