HP ProLiant BL25p - keine CPU

Bought 2 to put on server mobo contained in 1u rack mount. Great performance. I have not put this under load testing, nor plan to, since this is a lab machine ; I would expect excellent performance for any small office DC, file sharing, DNS, etc...

None with the architecture. One of the cpu's had some bent pins which is why I marked off one rating point. Easily fixed, just glad I caught it ahead of time before pressing into the socket

I used 2 of these for a bank server as a domain server/data center. Used a Tyan board and Windows Server 2003 R2 64bit. 10 months and *touch wood* all is going awesome. This computer is serving 109 workstations

I wished it came with AMD heatsink and fan

It looks like AMD is no longer including the Heatsink and fan as they list in the product description.

GREAT LEVEL 2 CASHE AT 1MB, RUNS COOL AT ABOUT 60F AT FULL LOAD AND AT 55F AT LOW LOAD, RUNS EVERQUEST II JUST GREAT, I WOULD RECOMMEND FOR ANY GAMER OUT THERE!

LEVEL 2 CACHE IS HUGE, RUNS BETTER THEN ANY PENTIUM D, IT RUNS COOLER THEN INTEL PRESLER!

Is coming with new heatsink.

Very fast runner.

Not really a con, but this chip is now less than half the price of what I paid for it in Aug of 2005.
