HP TouchSmart IQ500

I just got off the phone with HP technical support and I am so disappointed. I have had this computer little over an year and it has been broken the third time now. All I do with it is check the email and store some pictures. I am very disappointed with their horrible customer service, their product quality and the worst of all their unwillingness to help. I will never ever buy any kind of HP product and I will recommend everybody to stay away from these horrible experience.
