A Little Overrated/Overpriced...But I Still Like Mine

When I first hooked it up, I was really impressed. For one, the huge screen is great...easier on my eyes. I also thought there was some really neat software included, although I'd like to have seen PhotoShop included. The touch screen was cool at first...

I like it!

I was really surprised to see all not so great reviews. I really love this computer. I have no complaints. I can understand the frustration though because sometimes updates have been tricky, but i'm pretty good with computers and everything is fine.

Don't buy

My husband bought me this computer for a present and it is terrible. He also bought the extended warranty which was also a waste. Spent hours on the phone with the HP help desk but not able to help so after much arguing they agreed to send someone out....

Figures.

Flatlined for no reason in 5 months. As with many HP laptops I have had to fix both the hard drive and wireless died at the same time. Just cheaply built and overpriced like anything garbage HP/Dell/Compaq/ACER sells.

its all about the screen dummy

had this for a week. i then realised i had a thousand dollar desktop , with a thousand dollar screen. Thats fine BUT, what if and when screen goes wrong outside warranty. You then need a whole new package or you cannot find a compatible screen a few...

Nice but still glitchy

What sold this product for me was the touch function. After a lot of research, I finally took the plunge and bought the one-in-all from HP. I nearly bought the 816, but decided not to because I don't use blue-rays.

Not Bad at all.......for a PC!

Its no mac but i have to admit its not bad either. Vista is the weak link but the unit itself is rather snappy and performs well. The only real gripe so far is that you cannot use it as a monitor for video games. This would have been a real help and I...
