For some reason everything downclocks when not under load. To fix this change your power plan under control panel and select "performance" my phenom II was constantly 800mhz but now its locked at 3.01ghz. I'll write a followup review if something goes...

Good computer; mediocre experience

 

No issues with newegg or the computer itself, it runs beautifully if noisily (but I'm used to quieter laptops, this is my first desktop in quite awhile). Somewhat disappointed with ibuypower experience but the hardware is solid.
