Changing my review

I do not regret buying it but I would of liked to of seen a much longer life out of the power supply and really hope nothing else starts to fail only months after purchasing it because I can't afford another new pc or to constantly upgrade one. The...

It really does run the games I play nicely so I have no complaints there ; World of Warcraft, TOR, even minecraft while not as graphics intensive is more CPU intensive

The con I would like to add is that I bought this in July and the power supply blew a few days ago, really scared me too since sparks shot out the back of it! I've never had that happen before

I got a replacement computer through Newegg. It did the exact same thing as the first. I then asked for a refund from iBUYPOWER. They refused, and were frankly quite rude, telling me it wasnt their problem. Newegg was polite and eager to help, even...

I know never to trust this brand again

Power supply that can't even support the computer. It fried ten minutes after turning on ; Put together extremely inefficiently. Cords are so tight against the graphics card that the fan can't even spin

New egg should stop selling this computer.

The only pro is newegg customer service and shipping

First one arrived DOA, contacted manufacturer and that was waste of time. They were rude and unhelpful, newegg processed exchange quick and I received another DOA ; DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER.... It's pretty obvious that they do not check the computer at...

DOAs and Disappointments

This whole experience has turned me off from the whole online retailer experience. Too many long phone calls between iBuypower and Newegg and too much time waiting and waiting and waiting for things to ship. I think I'll stick with my brick-and-mortar...

Great case

I bought this computer for our CEO something fast and powerful that could provide a multi-monitor display. This computer worked for 6 days then refused to start up again. I called iBuypower tech support and with some troubleshooting, they determined...

Complete Garbage

Dead on arrival TWICE was a gift for my son. I have never been so disappointed in a piece of equipment or company in my life. If you have any respect for yourself do not order this product

Dead on Arrival

Save your time and money. Do not buy this product. IBuyPower and Newegg will not help you.

This is the second time that this product is DOA. The first one was DOA and the second one is DOA. Both products I received turned on, but they both did not have any output or feedback

Don't buy one of these

I wish I could give some but I have yet to have the thing work

Came with video not working, they said replace motherboard, charged me $60 for a new one with the promise of getting it back when they got the old one. Still no video and then the power supply stopped working. This time sent it in for repairs and got...

iBUYPOWER Gamer Power 562D3

Made in the USA. Case color is a nice polished black finish. Good minimalist design. Plenty of room inside case due to tiny motherboard. The CD drawer opens when power is on

DOA, twice. This is our second unit, the first was DOA. Second one came in this morning, it is DOA as well. Other than not working at all, the CD player definately works

DOA / Back customer service

None is it doesn't work

The computer arrived dead! I called Newegg immediately and the recording said call the manufacturer. So I call iBuyPower and am put on hold forever! So I choose the option to get a call back and I leave a message. No one ever calls me back! So I call...

How did this happen?

This is just plain stupid.

It was a great computer until is crapped the bucket

This computer was clearly not assembled correctly. Just a slight tap will cause the computer to freeze and more recently the computer displays blue screens and has been continuously trying to boot for over an hour
