No sign of use. Never used? The DVD burner will not RW DVD. No RecordNow, No Drag-To-Disc, No DLA. I purchased RecordNow from Roxio. Works, now. Does video capture 1G of ram.

All 4 laptops came well packaged in good shape. Great feature set, good batteries, all working well to date.

I sent two of these back because they did not have the advertised 4GB RAM. I applaud their excellent customer sevice in resolving this issue.

I'm a student and musician. This was purchased for college work and mobile recording. Delivers on both. Definitely a lot of bang for the buck. The only downside is the keys have stickers with the name of the key on them. I guess it was set up for...

This is a work horse.Very very few problems over a 3 year period.Runs smooth and quiet.

Nothing fancy but, clean, XP, and for the price, way more than I expected

Bought this when my old HP crashed. It is really great. Set up was EASY and was using it immediately. Surprisingly good built-in speakers a plus. It has a 3.5 floppy so I can see what's on those old floppys I've been keeping.

the product is good although I had to send it back that came out bad but the price is what you earn to buy it send me another and until now all is well
