May not be worth the money

I don't think they are at all refurbished, it appears the OS is upgraded to Windows 7 and that's about all.

1. Order process was fast. Arrived within two days ; 2. Customer service was fast and apologetic about the problems has return label ready immediately on line. Got replacement within a week of sending the non-working one back

1. First M52 had power problems and would not even boot ; 2. Second M52 hoax a bad hard drive

Worthless Product

The only good thing I can say is that it got here in 3 days like I requested

This product is not worth the money or time wasted trying to get it. Once it arrived I plugged all the cables in, turned the power on, and it would not detect my monitor. I even tried using a new flatscreen hoping that maybe my other monitor wasn't...

Joy Systems not a joy..

I have had issues with both systems purchased through Staples for Joy Systems. The customer service is horrid with Joy. I have had a motherboard fail, hard drive fail and another failure that I was unable to figure out. One system has been shipped back...

Good Value for an experienced user.

It didn't work right out of the box. The plug on the hard drive was in a bind. After re-routing the cable and plug, it came on and worked fine. The keyboard had a hole in the top of it that does not affect the operation. There were no warranty papers...
