Lenovo ThinkCentre M57 (6072-ADM)

Red and black are back. The Lenovo ThinkCentre M57 (6072-ADM) uses Lenovo's standard form factor chassis, unlike the small form factor ThinkCentre A61e we reviewed recently, and dons the tried and tested black and red colour scheme. It isn't a great...

e-SATA and legacy ports, tool-free chassis ;

Mid-range performance, little to no upgrade potential ;

In our benchmarks it performed with expectedly mid-range results. Although the E6550 is a good CPU, it's not running at a high default frequency. In WorldBench 6 it scored just 75, which will suffice for the average swathe of tasks like word processing...

Good deal for the money

Good news: 64 bit OS for $179.00.Bad news: 2 gigs of ram, basic video capability. Windows 7 works fine and upgraded fine. No bloatware. It's a used machine and with 2 gigs of ram it runs a bit slow. You can upgrade the video and the ram. For the money...

Had both units about 10 days, first unit fired up, authenticated, updates applied and given to my mother-in-law. Second fired up but I had to contact Microsoft to authenticate, after that everything went fine. total upgrade from single core 32 bit xp...

Good deal, Win7 X64, rugged computer

I had to saw off part of the heatsink for the add in video card and it was half-height to begin with NVIDIA 3800gs. On the first computer the OS was a bit slow, not sure what the problem was but a reinstall fixed the problem.

I bought two of these from Blair so far. The first went to my daughter and I bumped up the HDD and Memory then added a video card for games. It is running well. These come with WIN7 X64 and Blair includes a DVD for the operating system (or you can ask...

Memory formfactor is not so easy to come by, it is because of what the core2 duo requires. I did manage to find some in my cousin's computer :-)

Great Computer

I bougght 2 of these, 1 for my daughter, 1 for son-in-law to replace Windows XP computers. I am pleased with these computers. I did upgrade them to Windows 8.1 64-bit that I purchased separately. These computers are fast, and work well. My "kids" are...

Smaill size, 64-bit system, comes with DVD burner (most come with only DVD ROM)

Box shipped in is way to big, could ship in smaller box

Lenovo M57

For the price this was an exceptional buy to replace a family members old XP machine. My aunt needed a PC to do basic E-mail and enjoy some online games. She did not want Windows 8 and when i came across this machine it is compact easy to set up...

Small hard drive only 180 gigs personally would paid a few extra bucks for at least 500 gig one

Lenovo ThinkCentre

I bought this for about a hundred bucks, for windows 7 and a core 2 duo, that was a great price. It runs great

It would have been nice if it came with a 64 bit operating system as the motherboard can support 8gb of ram
