Well It was cheap!

Avoid this company at all costs! Run-Away! Stay Away!!!

Cheap price, decent components, prior good experiences with this refurbisher

Out of the box the ram was causing beeping and a non-boot. Reseated Ram, system now boots. When in OS... I find that the 2TB HDD is not formatted in a manner that is acceptable to me. C:/ is only 72 GB, and F:/ is 1920GB, And the Recovery Partition is...

Lenovo M58 Quad - Refurb (followup to previous post)

This is a BTX motherboard, ( something Intel designed then abandoned). The CPU fan is the only fan other than the PS for cooling. Using the display port and/or adding a video card will make this fan scream. The BIOS is old and has no fan settings. I...

It's a good bang for the buck despite its flaws. Core2Quad, Win7 Pro 64bit, Intel chip-set.Machine has relatively quick response after tweaking ; The Intel chip set is more suited for a laptop than this desk top. ( Change the Intel Q43-45 chip set...

1st unit DOA (RMA'd.). The replacement took almost 3 weeks. (New Egg would not replace until RMA was inspected.) . It had a terrible Internet lag ; BTX CPU/motherboard. The CPU fan idles @ about 600 RPM

Be nice of you got what was described

Usually in pretty good shape. Slightly banged up but not bad. They blow the dust out well. OS Installed and ready to finish. Hard to beat a refurb price point

They describe these refurbs RAM, HD Size, 32 or 64 bit, etc They simply never have what they say in the description. These last four all have 32 bit Win7. Supposed to be 64. All had 250 gig drives. Supposed to be 160 gig. They count on the hassle of...

Honestly not sure why anyone in a corporate environment would need to upgrade this. Throw in an SSD and quality half-height GPU you'll have a genuinely nice PC (especially at the shell-shocker price I paid) even for moderate gaming use.

Compact case with very small footprint meaning it can be used under a monitor. In relatively good condition for a refurbished machine ; Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. (not 32 like a lot of these refurbs) WD Blue 7200 rpm HD & 4 gb RAM. Snappy performance from...

TERRIBLE packing job Newegg you should be ashamed! Machine itself was inside an inflated plastic cradle and fairly well protected however box was held together by a SINGLE strip of packing tape and it was ripped nearly off. One good jolt and the whole...

Lenovo M58 Quad - Refurb

Computer was delivered in an open box, held together by a single tape by UPS. The machine was wrapped on 3 sides by bubble wrap cradle internally. Everything else was loose in the box. Nothing was missing and no apparent damage.

Looked good in Specs

Started up, completed setup, died on reboot. Unfortunately I cannot confirm nor deny whether this is actually a Quad core since it died prior to diagnostics. I have doubts. It rebooted with no video. Unfortunately I didn't have any 1/2 height Video...

Good computer if properly refurbed

Though reasonably priced, it should be obvious to the refurb contractors that there are problems when the hard drive is clicking and the memory is mixed so badly that it gives a 0164 error on boot-up.

The PC was clean and would have been OK for my use had it not had problems. Clocked at 3.0, higher than advertised. Great CS by Newegg

Poor QC, Memory mixed, incorrect memory sticks for this MB, hard drive clicking. I would have installed the parts but they wanted the whole PC returned

Lenovo M58 Refurbished

With so much loose space in box computer just moved & bounced around a lot.

Ordered on 12/31 Received 01/06. Was told 5 to7 day delivery. Arrived in 6 days - very good considering holiday & week-end

Packed poorly. Clam shell on sides was good but there is 4" of space length-wise with no packing. Windows refuses to load. Tried on-screen instructions several time. F7 on start-up. No luck. Will return & hope for better with next one

very disapointed

Spend a little bit more for something newer.

Powerful specs for the money

Very deceiving. The listing boass Microsoft Authorized recertified. What it doesn't say is Lenovo Authorized Recertified. The electronics inside are old, the case was a train wreck. It was dented, scraped, had rest on it and the seller tried to cover...
