Tower configuration gives the system lots of expansion space. Decent price. Good performance numbers. Environmentally friendly

Tower takes up a lot of desk or floor space. Perhaps more corporate-oriented than small-business-oriented. Not available in ultra-small form factor

Think of the Lenovo ThinkCentre M58e as the less expensive, more mainstream member of the M58 series. It shows that "entry level" doesn't have to mean stripped.
