Good Computer For the price

If you need a good computer for basic business this is the computer you're looking for. It will be fast enough to last a while, and for front counters it's small enough to fit under the counter or to just put under the monitor/screen.

This computer is good for basic business use. It was setup for a front end computer in a store with all the checkout equipment

Great Machine with PCI slots + serial port

I have bought 10 of these M78 towers and they have been great. Now I see that they are out of stock. Also have bought other M-series towers. Please keep the M78 towers or a similar M-series tower in stock at this price level. ($400-$500 range)

These are a really decent machine for the price. The really big plus for me is that they have 2 PCI slots needed for some legacy hardware. Come with Windows Professional on the M-series towers. They also have a serial port. They are a tower chassis and...

Harder and harder to find these in stock! They do have a different power supply connector, but I really don't find this to be a con. If you are looking for a gaming rig to toss a massive video card in, then look elsewhere

Seems decent, but odd power supply

I would probably skip this computer for another with a normal power supply. I'm an IT guy myself, and the 2 most common things I replace are Hard drives and power supplies.

Decent for what you pay for, as a workstation and playing some basic games its pretty good ; Nice Case -> Love the handles on the Lenovo brand, easy to carry! Has easy to access USB ports on the front, Power button easy to push if the tower is on...

The power supply has a proprietary connection! I have never seen the power supply connection type. The main connection has 14 pins and then it uses 1 standard 4 pin connector. Be warned, it may be hard to find a power supply replacement! Especially a...

Better than expected

M78 replaces an older Dell that was good in its time. The M78 is very fast with many excellant features. Win 7 Pro takes some getting used to but not being able to use some of my old XP programs is a bummer. Overall a very good tower unit that should...

Good buy

I chose Lenovo because I had one before this and had no problems with it for 7 years. I chose a machine set up for business because computer companies want to keep business customers happy and so make use better components. This was $100 more than a...

Very easy to customize. It is a solid machine with good performance at a low noise level. I have 16 of them installed and have not had issues with the first one.

Been a problem since we bought. Fan runs loudly when powering on, and no bios boot, have to unplug then replug in every time.

Awesome replacement for standard desktop PC. (1) power cord is all that's needed... no need for video/network cables, don't even need keyboard/mouse (although it comes with them).

Another good machine by Lenovo. Put 4G of RAM in the pc and you should have any problems with them in an office environment.
