Lenovo ThinkStation S20

Strong general performance ; Good upgradability

Poor gaming performance ; Storage capacity is very modest

This workstation-class system doesn't measure up well against competing Power PCs.

Power users need power. That's as simple as it gets. The Lenovo ThinkStation S20 ($3,665 direct) has the power to motor through your Digital Content Creation (DCC) tasks like manipulating digital photos and video, plus it also has stability and...

Horsepower to get your work done. EPEAT Gold and other enviro-certifications. ThinkVantage utilities. Easy to service and upgrade. 3 year warranty. McAfee Internet security loaded but not installed

It's big. Some bloatware. McAfee only has 30-day subscription

The big, black Lenovo ThinkStation S20 is a serious workstation for serious Digital Content Creation (DCC) work. Quad core Xeon (the same one as in the Mac Pro) plus pro-level Quadro graphics means this system means business.

Great workstation

Fast CPU, fast memory, great performance for the money. Expand the system with little effort and no tools required. I added more memory in less than 30 seconds. Runs autocad Civil3D 2012 and microstation without a hitch. We were a Dell shop until last...

A beast

This thing is an awesome computer. I can't max it out on CPU intensive tasks. Be careful to check detailed specs when buying additional memory for it, though.
