When MSI builds an "all-in-one" PC, it doesn't mess around -- the MSI Wind Top AE2420 3D has everything but the kitchen sink ensconced in a plastic

Does it all: gaming, movies, productivity ; Beautiful 1080p screen ; Integrated Blu-ray and WiFi

3D relies on iffy third-party software ; Low quality mouse, keyboard and glasses ; Touchscreen impractical for regular use
