Replaced the old battery and all went well for a day then UPS started to beep again saying the new batter was discharged. Ran PowerChute. It said the battery was not connected. Took it out. It was warm. Found -ve connector loose. Reshaped with pliers...

Great product - this is the original APC-manufactured product and not some 3rd party battery. Works as advertised and lasts a long, long time.

This was the exact right replacement battery for my UPS. Only took a few minutes to take out the old battery and insert the new one. Delivery from Office Depot was fantastic. I expected a week or more for delivery. It was at my front door the next day....
