Lasted less than 2 weeks

Bought this for my father's computer and when he went to plug it into a different USB port, the metal shroud of the USB connector came apart and got stuck in the port. I have never seen anything like this happen before. I pulled the shroud out and...

Worked great for a week

Fell apart within a few days

Great for your money

They could make it built a little better because it feels pretty flimsy

Had to get someway to get internet since my graphics card blocked the only other pci slot on my motherboard. This was a great choice. Ive had it for about a year now and I still love it

None as of about a year

Gets The Job Done

If you are on a tight budget it will get the job done, but unless you are sitting next to your router/access point forget the idea of getting anywhere near the 150Mbit/s for which wireless N is rated. This is a 2.4Ghz wireless N adapter, not 5Ghz, keep...

Easy to Install (its USB after all...) ; Driver CD provided, but not latest driver version. You can get the latest drivers from their website ; Antenna has a good range of movement ; Gets the job done ; Cheap price

Latest drivers not on the CD provided ; Antenna while having good movement, the knuckle allow for the movement is sloppy and will likely not stand the test of time ; Mediocre signal quality. All other devices in the same room (tablet, phone & laptop)...

Dead on Arrival (2 of them)

I Tried both of these on a working windows 7 system. I'm a computer tech by trade and could not get the drivers installed (both the included disk and downloaded). It's not worth sending these back. I just trashed both.

cheap, small

One got hot and smelled like it was burning and did not work. The other never worked and drivers never installed

Not dependable

I think I'll just stick with Linksys. I have a Linksys with Tomato installed. Works great.

Easy setup. Original bought it to extend my wireless connections. I also like the gigabyte LAN ports

I tried to use it to replace the Linksys wireless router connected to my broadband modem to take advantage of the gigabyte LAN ports. However, it drops the wan connection off and on. I Replaced the router with my Linksys wireless router and WAN drops...

Connects me to the internet

Easy set up on Windows 7. Connects at wired speed to the router upstairs. Cheapest adapter I could find and is just as good as the $40 Netgear adapter which just crapped out on me. Great deal if it works for at least a year

There appears to be an updated driver on Tenda's web site where I'm getting 56k modem speed on the download

Works with Windows 8 but range is not good

Cheap, Small, works with Windows 8

Range is short, it cannot detect as many wireless networks as my other systems

Nice!

Works perfectly ; Great for a desktop that isn't near a hard line RJ-45. I assume would be good for older laptops lacking wifi too

Awesome

Dont know why people are having so much trouble with this device. But I have had no problems, no dropped connections.

Works great, has gotten me out of several jams in XP, where I didnt have the driver for the built in wiresless or wired, then pop this in, put in the CD and Im online in minutes. Now I can get the drivers for the internal network cards

None so far. I like this thing so much, I just bought 2 more. Will test them out, and write another review
