Very easy to set up, fantastic screen and works like lightning. I read K Carter's review and wondered if (s)he meant Microsoft Office 7 rather than Windows 7. The PC comes with Windows 7 as the operating system and works from the moment you turn the PC...

I have now rung your customer service twice to find out whether Microsoft software is included with this product as no information was sent with the computer. I have still not found out whether it is included and I have not been sent a product key.
