No XP downgrade, as advertised

 

This product is advertised as as a Windows 7 PC with XP Pro downgrade. However, that is not the case. XP is not included and you cannot install it. I've been on the phone with support, and they were absolutely no help. I follwed the tech's...

Works fine as Win7 32-bit PC. Small-form factor takes up less space

There is no option for installing XP. Even if you try to install with an XP disc, it will blue screen and fail. Takes a very, very long time to perform a restore. Processor (I3) not very speedy. Support is not helpful at all
