Horrible Customer service

Extremly SLOW

I upgraded to 4GB of RAM becuse it is horribly slow however the DVD drive didnt work when I received it so I sent it back for RMA. the unit they sent back only had 1GB of memory in it so I called them and they told me they have the memory but they wont...

Works Perfectly

The Orange ring on top is a little bright. Can be a little annoying but when I turn it off I feel that I am missing something. Maybe if it wasn't orange.

Very small. Gets the job done. I am able to play HD mkv/ blu-ray rips on my 52in sharp. This little guy even has some safe OC with the graphics card. Heat is around 60C. Upgraded to 4 GB of ram. running windows 7 ult x64

Audio over hdmi is only 2 channels. Submitted the rebate for this when I bought it. Never heard or received anything from zotac

Awesome little mini pc!

I love the small form factor. Looks like a small dvd player. Very light weight and includes mounting bracket. ***Also contrary to the item description on Newegg...it actually has 2 slots for RAM (NOT 1 as listed)

Only comes with 1GB RAM

This is an update to my earlier post regarding the HDMI sound problem.

HDMI works just great if you have installed the latest Nvidia drivers here for the graphics and the HDMI out audio and set audio to Nvidia ; Drivers can be downloaded below ; nvidia.com/drivers (thanks to zotac tech pro advise)

None, Just not sure if it is a con, usb drives can only be booted via the esata/usb port. PXE booting does not work with the original BIOS
