Olympus FE-5000

The Olympus FE-5000 is one of the cheaper digital cameras. It offers 5x zoom. This is a shade more than more basic models. This review looks at picture quality, general features and where to find the best deal.

Ease of use - price for a small, compact camera

Photos could be sharper - slow turn on time

Some of my outdoor test shots lacked sharpness. This knocks down the total score for the camera. It is still a reasonable camera in its price range, but you should be able to find better overall picture quality for around the same price.

It is what it is..and I love it! I can keep it in my bag for those off the cuff moments as its so compact and It does take lovely photos.

Takes a few moments to save the image so multiple shots are out! but that's all that bugs me
