Pentax K-3 III review: The last great DSLR?

The Pentax K-3 III is a 25MP DSLR that takes superb images and is lovely to shoot with, but it also has some compromises. Here's our full Pentax K-3 III review.

Stellar image quality ; Excellent image stabilization ; Excellent build and handling ; Plenty of controls ; Great battery life

No flip-out LCD ; 4K video is cropped ; Autofocus struggles in some scenarios ; High price

Ultimately, while the K-3 III takes beautiful photos, it doesn’t do quite enough to justify that high price — or to explain why Pentax is sticking with DSLRs as the rest of the world moves on.
