electrical charging issues

 

The camera has a built-in battery?, which i guess is rechargeable?, via the supplied 'USB charging cable'. Please leave a Comment to correct whatever inaccurate inferences i'm making. Thanks.

I tried returning this camera to the seller and getting a new one but it didn't work any better than the first one and waiting for another one is not something I wish to do. They do try to stand behind the product though.
