The A410 is a great entry-level or second camera with excellent color, sharp definition, and low noise. Best of all, it has some unique features that'll let you perform some great visual magic.

Digital Cameras - Canon PowerShot A410 Digital Camera Review, Information, Specifications

Featuring a 3.2-megapixel CCD, automatic exposure control with a wide range of preset shooting modes, and a real bargain price, the PowerShot A410 does a great job of holding up Canon's sterling reputation at the low end of their line. Built on the...

Other features include a 3.2 Megapixel CCD, 1.5" LCD display, SD/MMC card slot, and point-and-shoot operation. Is this low-cost camera worth your money? Find out in our review of the A410

Very good photo quality and shooting performance for an entry-level camera ; Fast, unlimited continuous shooting mode ; LCD visible in low light ; AF-assist lamp ; Excellent battery life ; Manual white balance control, which most "cheap" cameras lack ;...

Lens has no wide-angle component ; Small, dark LCD ; Some redeye ; Slowest shutter speed available: 1 second ; Poor movie mode ; No video out port; USB 2.0 High Speed support would be nice as well ; Not a fan of having the zoom controls on the four-way...

I've slipped all of my negatives into the previous paragraphs, so I'll conclude here. The PowerShot A410 is as good entry-level camera and if you don't mind some of the missing or crippled features, it's a nice camera for the money. If you like what've...

Canon PowerShot A410 Digital 3.2-Megapixel Camera Review

A replacement for the last year's Canon A400, the 3.2-Megapixel Canon PowerShot A410 is currently available at very low prices. I got mine for $118 together with Canon camera case, which brings the price of the camera itself to under $110. Can you get...

I highly recommend the Canon PowerShot A410 if you need an inexpensive yet capable compact camera that produces excellent photos with print sizes of up 8x10 inches, has 3.2x optical zoom and uses AA batteries. It is inexpensive and easy to use. But if...

Great Starter camera

I love using this camera, but i can say i am no expert on camera's.

I have found that the camera will accept a 2 GB card which will give you on max setting 1153 pictures, compared to 64 with a 128 MB card

if you decress the camera setting the max pictures will not go over 9999

I love this camera. I've used it for over a year. I took it to my father in law's B-day party; a friend brought her Canon Rebel. We both shot a lot of photos. It was late afternoon with plenty of light. Both cameras took wonderful photos, it made me...

None, wish there is a trade-up program.....there again, this camera is doing all I need.

Canon PowerShot A410

A great point-and-shoot camera for the price you pay. I used this for several months, but quickly outgrew its capabilities. Works quite well for snapshots, as well as an amazing macro function (however you need a tripod to use the supermacro mode,...

No RAW mode ; Lacking any manual controls ; Image quality is very grainy in low light situations ; Flash takes ages to recycle ; Flash is not very powerful ; Viewfinder is very inaccurate, the user has to rely on the LCD screen to compose the photo

The PowerShot A410's Print/Share button makes direct printing easier than ever. Simply connect the A410 to a Canon CP, SELPHY or PIXMA Photo Printer or any PictBridge compatible photo printer, press the lighted Print/Share button and print! For desktop large-format printing, try one of the Direct Photo Printers that allow you to print directly in one of two ways: plug the compatible PowerShot camera into the Direct Photo Printer using the supplied cable, or simply insert a memory card into the supplied adapter. You can also connect the printer to your computer for more options. Print high-resolution borderless images in postcard size or 8.5"x 11" size within minutes. This PowerShot A410 is bundled with the PIXMA iP4200 Photo Printer. It is a high-performance machine, combining exceptional print quality with advanced convenience features. It delivers a resolution of up to 9600 x 2400 color dpi, for amazing detail and clarity. To achieve this, Canon Full-photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering (FINE) uses a high-performance 1, 856-nozzle print head that ejects precise, consistent droplets as small as 1 picoliter, resulting in beautiful photos with virtually no detectable grain. Also, the ContrastPLUS 5-color ink system - four dye-based inks and a pigment-based black ink - produces true-life photos with a wide color palette, along with laser-quality text. You'll be amazed at your results. High performance doesn't stop there. The PIXMA iP4200 Photo Printer can produce a photo lab quality 4" x 6" borderless print in about 51 seconds. Its USB 2.0 Hi-Speed interface enables the fastest photo transfers possible from your computer.
